Windows has a desktop calculator that can be handy for doing quick calculations.

To display the calculator:
1. Start button, All Programs, Accessories
2. Calculator

When entering numbers, you can either use the number keys on the keyboard or click on the number buttons on the calculator.  Like most desktop calculators, it has a memory.

Want to copy the result of your calculation to another application? Here's how:
1. Click on = to complete the calculation
2. Ctrl+C
3. Switch to the application
4. Ctrl+V

Need to do scientific calculations?  No problem:
. In the calculator window, View menu, Scientific
